1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Jesse’s Garage European Auto Repair – Downtown Sarasota, located at 2400 12th St Sarasota, FL 34237, 941-207-9870 (the “Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any other company.
2. Entry Period
The promotion begins on 11/06/26 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 25, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its marketing agencies, and the immediate family or household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
Entry with a visit: Each completed service visit at Sponsor’s location during the Entry Period automatically earns one (1) entry. No entry form is required.
Free entry, no purchase necessary: Submit the free entry form with your name, phone number, and email address. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Free entries are treated identically to visit entries in the drawing, with equal odds.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a year of free oil changes: up to four (4) oil change services, synthetic oil included, redeemable at Sponsor’s location within twelve (12) months of the drawing date. Approximate retail value: $400. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Any services beyond the included oil changes are billed normally. Scheduling is subject to appointment availability.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. The winner will be notified by phone, text, or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and likeness in promotional announcements, including email and social media, without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or generated by automated means. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and release Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the promotion or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
